Hey wonderful people! oh my goodness- yall are all SO ENCOURAGING! the sweetest people ever, i adore each and every one of you!! PS- I reply to all of your comments. I am not sure if you get an email or not? I read every single comment and respond to them! Yall are AWESOME.

Lately Ive been learning a lot (whats new?! I guess I have a lot to learn. actually- i KNOW I have a lot to learn!) and ive been thinking about insecurities. Usually we know our insecurities, we know they are there, but how often do we truly FACE them!? The Lord has helped me FACE my insecurities lately and getting down to the very root of them. Yeah, its not easy and its not fun either.. but we are going to continue to produce dysfunctional branches from the same insecurity if we dont get down to the ROOT of them! we can chop the branches off all we want, but they will always grow back. Yeah, they may not always look the same.. BUT they have the same root!! So anyway, its so crazy how God loves us so much that He wants to DIG into our “mess” and get it out of us. Who else would want to do that? So I encourage you all to really FACE your insecurities, ask God what the root is, and ask Him to dig it out of you. Dont be surprised if He wants you to get a little uncomfortable!! Nobody ever said it was going to be easy, but the freedom around the corner is SO worth it!!

I am home for the first time since August- I am so excited to RELAX!! This is much needed down time. Love you all!!

My dad also did a half iron man on Sunday, the same one Meghann did!  I AM SO PROUD OF HIM!! He had a calf injury and ran the entire 13 miles on his HEELS!! and still finished under 6 hours. hes a freaking stud.

Thats about all! God has already won the victory. He has saved us already, and we sometimes forget that!! We need to stop focusing on sin/what we are doing wrong and feed the spirit. Feed the Spirit and the sin will starve!

Oatmeal (DUH)

sunflower seed butter+strawberry jam+chia seed oats!

1/2 cup oats cooked in 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 cup van almond milk, 1.5ish cups water, chia gel, stevia, toffee extract, topped w. skippy natural+syrup+sea salt!

Oats in a BIG ole container! chocolate coconut with PB and chocolate chips on top!

Bread

TJS soft whole wheat bread with white chocolate wonderful.. SO GOOD!

Egg and sausage sandwich on white bread

The really sweet people over at Udi’s send me some awesome bread, bagels, and granola when I told them I was doing this post!!! Their bread ROCKS and is gluten free- double score!! A great way to get your healthy carbs in!

Quinoa

quinoa flakes w. laughing cow, turkey bacon, hummus, fried egg, salt, pepper

Dinner one night at the beach. 2 chicken burger things with a fried egg, quinoa with some bean/corn mixture my nana made! It was so good! topped w. feta

Wraps/Pitas

Just a whole wheat wrap with warmed goat cheese+strawberry jam. YUM!

Popcorn

mid night snack!! (but really- had this at like 1 AM, my bedtime needs to be earlier!) mixed peanut flour and coconut flour with maple syrup and salt, then drizzled it on!

Honestly I think the whole “no carbs right before bedtime” is a bunch of BS seeing as how I eat popcorn every night before bed!!

A group of about 10 of us went to Blueberry Frog the other day- I got original with cinnamon toast crunch and mango!

Thats all!! I am about to go enjoy my weekend. Tomorrow is a day filled with tailgating and FOOTBALL and socializing! I am so so excited!! Life is so good over here, like ive said earlier, God continues to blow my mind with His Spirit overflowing onto everything. YALL, life with Him is AMAZING!! He shows you so much. He wants to take you on a WILD adventure.  I can finally say I am at a place of 100% security and that is something that cant be shaken.. it gives me so much peace and joy! Just an example of how MASSIVE my shakes are at night, haha! My roomate goes "umm are you REALLY eating all of that?!" um heck YES. my fav combo as of late is 1 scoop chocolate casein (i use ON all natural!), 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 cup water, handful of salted peanuts, a few scoops of peanut flour, a little peice of a frozen naner, cottage cheese, 1 frozen dannon light n fit vanilla yogurt, cocoa powder, stevia, guar gum, ICE!

Single Serving Enchilada!

Ingredients

• 1 Wrap or tortilla (I use Josephs lavish wrap!)
• 1 queso laughing cow cheese wedge
• chunks of avocado (however much you want!)
• cheddar cheese
• any type of beans
• sweet peppers and onions (chopped up)
• 2 P turkey bacon
• Christinas fajita chicken, lean beef, OR tofu (I have used both tofu and chicken, they are both awesome!)
• taco seasoning, garlic seasoning, salt
• TJS enchilada sauce
• greek yogurt and salsa (optional)

Saute the peppers, onions, and turkey bacon together with some olive oil. Add cooked chicken or whatever meat you are using. Cut the wrap or tortilla in half, spread laughing cow and avocado. Add the pepper/onion/bacon/meat mixture, then add seasonings and cheese and beans, wrap up and place in a baking dish. add TJS enchilada sauce and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 430 degrees (until crispy on the edges!) then add greek yogurt+salsa and EAT! YUMM!!

SO GOOD!

Shake made with 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup water, guar gum, vanilla whey, 1 frozen peach (BEST ADDITION EVER!) and vanilla stevia. then added frozen blueberries (they sank- but it keeps the shake VERY cold!)

Thats about all for today! This weekend has been ridiculously fun- no joke! Thursday night was the first FCA of the year and OH MY GOSH words seriously cannot explain how amazing it was. The gospel was presented in SUCH a beautiful way and I got to worship our Creator with 3,000 other students at my school! The Holy Spirit was ALL OVER THAT PLACE!! And friday night there was a dance at the library bridge at my school (so much fun!) and then saturday we went to this music festival here and dressed up in camo, jhorts (jeans that are cut off into shots- we all know what those look like!), bandanas, and cowgirl boots! SO much fun! and today was church and time for me to BE PRODUCTIVE!!!!

And here we are SENIOR YEAR at the SAME place!!!

She has seriously blessed me SO much the past four years.. I am so thankful!!

oh MAN this has been a crazy busy week! its been amazing. I am one huge ball of emotions entering my senior year. Gah, God is so faithful that it literally brings me to tears. the people He has brought into my life to invest in me, the fruit ive seen from investment, the trials and triumphs He has pulled me through with EVERYTHING having a purpose, the lessons He has taught me, the bondages He has stripped me from, the lives I have seen grow closer to Him, the lives I have seen Him change (including me)..I could go on and on!!! I dont deserve it in any way, nothing of this occurring is because of anything ive done, its because we are His tools and I cant BELIEVE He uses idiots like me! I am entering a new season where I just want to pour out onto the people around me so much before I jet out of here, because God has given me SO much over the years, and I have no other choice but to share it!! I cant keep it all in!! HE IS SO SO GOOD! obedience ALWAYS results in rewards!! If He is telling you to do something, DO IT!!! He  ALWAYS blesses us for it somehow!!

• Cinnamon Roll, Mocha Mint, Birthday Cake, Vanilla, and Chocolate

My favorite was Birthday Cake! I am a sucker for anything cake flavored. Mocha Mint was good too- It tastes just like it sounds. And the Cinnamon Roll actually tastes like a CINNAMON ROLL!!! Loved the chocolate and vanilla, good basic flavors. I loved this protein powder because it left NO aftertaste and it was NOT chalky at all! Thats so rare! It also mixed AMAZINGLY! I used it in shakes and oatmeal. It makes thick/frothy shakes. I would also def suggest this protein powder for people who are newbies to the protein powder world, because it doesnt have that powder-y taste, ya know? I want to order a big tub of the Birthday cake!!!!!!!
