Picture overload + Protein powder review!
Hey Hey Hey!! Thank you all so much for your SWEET comments and encouragement! You all are so wonderful and incredible! I absolutely love hearing from you! This is short and sweet today because I am about to get ready to work! Everything is great over here – still learning a LOT during this crazyy season but the Lord is so present and doing WORK. HE IS SO GOOD!! Life with Him is a freaking adventure. Also- “the plan” is going great! I have so much energy and I feel awesome! If you are looking for a really do-able nutrition plan to help your fitness or lifestyle goals, I highly recommend you contact them!

Toast with egg whites, peanut butter, and a 1/2 naner (other half eaten while the bread was toasting) topped w. syrup!

Honestly cant even remember what was in this! Looks like a bean/goat cheese/pepper/ egg/kale stir fry of some sort!

some sort of stir fry bake! broccoli slaw with ground turkey, turkey bacon, red bell pepper, buffalo sauce, 1 egg mixed in, baked with cheese and avocado on top
Time for a protein powder REVIEW!!
Lately I have been loving Veggie protein powders because they are all natural and have so many good stuff in them for you!! The amazing people at MRM sent me their new veggie protein to try, and I LOVED IT!! A lot of veggie proteins do not mix well, but this powder mixes SO great! I love having it in shakes at night before bed! I usually mix it with some yogurt, milk, and frozen fruit, and it comes out completely thick! It also tastes awesome- has the perfect amount of sweetness! This is my new favorite veggie protein! I highly recommend it!
- This product is soy and gluten free and just recently was verified by the Non-GMO project.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!! Keep running the race! God has GOT US!

I love that verse!! I relate to it strongly because I am a runner and often think of it when I’m training for a race, like, I need to put the time into training for that but I need to be putting just as much and more energy into becoming more like Christ!
Thanks for sharing that scripture, girl! It’s a wonderful one!

good to have u posting! I miss ur blog when u aren’t able to but totally understand…gotta live life! I have a question. did you or do you ever feel like food was an idol? if so how did you change that. I love food and look to it to comfort. I mean I feel like I idolize bingeing. any advice?
Thanks for sharing the review! Have you tried the Arbonne protein powder? It is also soy and gluten-free.
Your stir fried quinoa looks delicious!
I love reading your blog and seeing your personality and passion for God come through your posts!
I found your blog about two weeks ago, and seriously…..I am so inspired. You faith is beyond inspirational (I really need to crawl back into the Word; it’s been far too long), your journey from mal-nourishment to strength (still beautiful no matter which one, though obviously the latter is preferred!) is incredible. I was in treatment for my ED last June/July, and I have since relapsed….though my desire to have strong muscles/strong body/strong MIND is ALWAYS there….I just get waaaaay caught up in my ED and end up going around in circles.
I have to think/believe that God led me to your blog for a reason….and I’m so happy He did, because I hope that by reading this (and the Word more!) I can finally get out of the rut I’ve gotten stuck in again.
Thank you! Please know how much you’ve touched my life (disregard if that sounds uber-creepy!).
Your posts have such a strong writers voice! Love them! All of your eats look delicious. And the verse you shared is one of my favorites
God wants us to live with purpose. He is so amazing and so good!
mmm! great eats, as usual
i’m loving avocado these days, too! i need to remember to try beans & eggs together!
xo.
Hey! Have you heard about Kony 2012? If you haven’t, please look it up and spread the word! We’ve been talking about it in religion class at school, and I was hoping you’d help out?
Oh my… everything looks SO amazing!!! I’m so jealous of your eats
I’ve been looking for a good, new protein powder lately! Gonna have to try this one!
hey katie! super duper random question — how do you bake your sweet potatoes? i can never get mine to come out right..
Wonderful verse
The red peppers and avocado looks good! on my list of things to try this week, and love that verse, such a great reminder. Glad I found your blog, it’s good to read blogs written by people who share the same beliefs!
